Just love violets. Reminds my of my grandmother. Loverly memories! The violets in your last photo we've always called Confederate violets. They're my favorite!
I confess that the dandelions and buttercups make me think of all the grass there is to cut. They are pretty though.
The camellias, however, are gorgeous. Thank you for the bouquet (not to be confused with a bucket-a little Hyacinth humor there)of them which now adorns my kitchen table.
Wonderful, wonderful violets. So dainty and delicate looking, yet so hardy and colorful. Who can not love them. After a long winter of dull browns and grays, they are a sight for sore eyes in the spring. The trees are getting greener every day....and everything else is turning pollen yellow.

ReplyDeleteMe too!! They come up even when Husband persists in mowing them. I love their determination.
